I think it's mostly just hard feelings of being sold for so long that working remotely was impossible for X and Y reason and covid showing us that was never true. Decisions in this can seem capricious because of it, which shakes faith in leadership. Show us the data

Yes, but it’s not a collaborative ask. It’s asking people to come in to do their day to day tasks. Once a month to TRULY collaborate is a yes for most employees. The rest is just control. I have hybrid friends that need thurs/fri to catch up on lost productivity tues/wed. What a shit show.

I agree with joe if almost all of the people are in the office and only a few people are remote. The people that are in the office will get promoted more

Promotions are a lie. At 45 your out either way, doesn't matter at all. Its all a giant waste of time. All these corp jobs are 20 to 42. After that your out. So it doesn't matter
