I like the last word "Learn to say NO" otherwise your life will be scary 😰. This has happened with me as I used to accept whatever thrown on me and literally it scruwed my life. From last three months I started saying NO and things are changing slowly. I might be bad in their eyes but personal life is much Important rather than your professional life. Thanks for sharing nice video

I would disagree this point about work life balance. The company does matter, there are companies where I have worked where they had a clear focus of work-life balance and it was the managers responsibility to ensure all employees have a good balance and then there are companies where they dont care and only want people to get the work done does not matter how long they stay at work!!! So in my opinion the company and their mindset towards their employees does matter!!!

I think before marriage, home responsibility are less so people should not think for work life balance, but focus on gaining experience in New technology, earning money, which will help to make life better in second innings ❤❤

I believe work life balance is way more important nowadays cuz working more than required hours has not benefited everyone and we all know that's true. So companies shud focus on work life balance and employees shud peak out up front. We are employees not servants. Period.

@@CareerTalk my many friends who who worked abroad they said they don't work after 8-9 hrs duty. It's not becuz of laws or rules. It's actually their they give work to estimated employees tagged to the project. In india they give work of 6-7 people bt only 3-4 employees are working on that project. Hence we have to overwork. For service based company also I worked. there I didn't feel any pressure cuz many employees were working on the project so easily we used to distribute work. Bt in product based less employees are there. Although in product based salary is 2-3 times higher and technology is also good which improves our skill sets. so I still suggest working in product based company is right choice for first 5-10 yrs of our career. Bt ya indian product based companies are giving lot of work.

It is not entirely about the nature of work at IT services companies. Some people just want to climb the corporate ladder by sycophancy and not by skills and there's a lot of such people in the services companies. My manager used to come to office on weekends when there was no such requirements from the client. Just so that he could show to his manager that he was so hardworking. He used to call us to office to.
