The problem wasnt the fact if he knows or not, the problem he didnt have any switch into it. His team was clearly weak against fighting moves and hattarene physical bulk is awful. The problem is: what pokemon you would let go down there?

The reason krookidile died too the fighting move after the intimidate is because body press uses defense instead of attack, meaning intimidate had no effect on the damage.

Damn, what a tornado of a battle. It is just one of those, where you get caught by one thing and it spirals out pretty quickly. Might need to utilize the timer not only to calm down and think things through but also to try and wait out the adrenaline the opponent must have from the first few kills and predictions.

being fully honest that wasn't even that much of a read from the opponent, Focus Blast was already the move to click against Orthworm too, i feel like if you prep for Focus Blast Gatr you should never make that switch. I guess shit happens tho.

Liquidation killed orthworm there, he had no reason to reveal it yet. I disagree with his play but it worked out since I was dumb and kept Orthworm around.

Liquidation might have killed Ortworm but Liquidation does nothing to Tentacruel, Avallug etc. Plus Liquidation might have killed Hatterene as a switch in so you won't switch that in in his strategic point of few, to tank Focus Blast. So using Focus Blast at that moment, especially since Ortworm didn't threaten Feraligatr at all, was his best move. If he misses, Feraligatr isn't in trouble. If he hits.. Well... I found it the most obvious play for him.

Thats what i kinda expect it XD Still surprise to not see staraptor there, after salazzle was the best mon to bring imo, he didnt do it maybe because he didnt want to bring rapid spin. The game was decide after losing krokodile on turn 1 was devastating and the reason why we lost so easly against ferarligator because of intimidate, obviously predict dragon dance + focus blast on ferarligator was very very hard. This game was very hard, Ben did his possible to win but to get sweep like this is tough. Cant wait to see altaria, altaria it has bulk, he could be aggressive is a cool mon. Keep strong Ben 💪
