There not gonna do it again they don't think outside the box lime for example a walkway that's 3 wide and slabs on the roof so mobs don't spawn if they get redstone they can make a proper mob farm with water setup to keep creepers from breaking it slabs can also block sketons vision to hit u they can make there platform wider and lower with just the swim up technique Etc

another way to make a mob spawner is create it 27 blocks high (i think) or it might be less i don’t remember just make sure they have a half a heart left (you can do this by falling down and seeing if you have half a heart) then make the base wide enough where you can put water in the middle that leads to the whole resulting in the mobs to fall down make sure the water doesn’t fall down

SOME THINGS TO KNOW but Ima just say. Beat the ender dragon and you win. I don't know how. But I'm pretty sure that's why skyblock has such a start. You could put water in your mob spawner so when creeper blow up it don't destroy the blocks. You could make a 2 way. Maybe 4 way cobblestone generator since you have an infinite water source. Edit: Maybe a fire caused by an explosion in the nether could open up that portal. < use a bed? Skeletons drop bones. Bone meal. Boom Mushrooms can grow to the size of a tree. Via bone meal. Boom more mushroom lol Pretty sure there could be more to the nether. Maybe even the overworld Birch tree is probably for more wood. Zombies drop carrots, gold and iron Fishing rod. Fish in water source. You get a lot of items through fishing DO mobs spawn? Sheep. Cow. Probably with more land during the day. Idk about this one lol I'm pretty sure you win skyblock by beating the end. Im pretty sureeeee. Idk Maybe that's why the start is so little.

You can make an afk mob spawner high up in the air that has water push the mobs off the edge to fall to their death then you just collect all the bones for bone meal to get seeds for wheat. And other stuff.

Tip build the mob spawner up have 2 wide things of water on three sides then they drop down where you only see there feet then boom low hp and easy string and arrows

Tip : If you let leave blocks be, there will be a higher chance that it will drop a sapling or apple. Destroying them would just drop that chance from high to as tall as a compressed can of Coca Cola.

Stand on top of the second nether portal and turn your view rendering distance all the way up. If you get a lot of cobblestone and start building away from the nether island youll find a nether fortress

Build a 20x20x3 box 23blocks in the air. With 4 2x8 water streams leading to a 2x2 hole directly in the middle of the box. Make sure it is enclosed and dark and get away any way possible. Preferably without dying. Then all the mobs (creepers and zombies and skeletons) will fall threw the hole and die from fall damage. Then all you have to do is run up and collect the loot. If the mobs don’t die from the drop. They will most likely be one hits now. Turning it into an xp farm. If you only care for the loot and don’t really want to blow up the creepers then just lower the floor a few blocks

Make the mob spawner bout 23 blocks high with holes big enough in the floor so they can spawn on the regular spots and fall through the hole, once they fall they are one shot basically

Get bones from the skeletons then make bonemeal and use it on grass blocks and it will grow flowers and grass. Cut the grass to get seeds. Plant seeds to get wheat. Use wheat to get bread

U need to place drit next to grass and have it go out 24 blocks from spawn platform and grass will spread and peaful mods will spawn. Make sure to put water off the edge and build under the grass so don't lose it. Make slabs and place them on the on the bottom half of the block then mobs wont spawn. If build you build a killing platform where you see the mobs feet by putting a slab on top half of the block then they won't attack u And there's a list of stuff you have to complete that and then will beatin skyblock
