Raid does nothing but have KZbinrs make false claims. I endured it because they had shady penguin lie about a free 2 month KZbin premium subscription. Sceptile when it's in its mega form can only have lightning rod, every mega only has one single ability and for Sceptile it's lightning rod. Sceptile before mega evolving can have Overgrowth, but not in its mega form, which it is in permanently in this video.

I think the rules need to be better defined, because Dylan having 2 scarf mons and Vinny thinking only 1 mon can be scarfed really throws off the rest of the battle. Edit: I just found out that the rules they use allow up to 2 of each item in these battles Vinny just didn’t remember.
