After catching too many fish in one trip, Marlin from ‪@AddictedFishing‬ and I decided to break the trip into two episodes each! In the first episode, I showed you some GIANT Steelhead fishing, and in this one I attempt to use my home made "Santa" bobber to land a fish. I ended up doing a Steelhead catch & cook in the episode, because we landed a mysterious hatchery fish that wasn't supposed to be in this river system! Addicted fishing, nice! Great catches everyone. That burrito will be going on my to try list, but with trout for now. May 5th it opens and im ready to get out there and try some new baits and dish recipes. If they keep it open i might get a salmon licence also. Be safe out there.

I'm a fan of the cheese on the fish. You gotta try my steelhead sandwich recipe. Salt, pepper and lemon for the steelhead, toasted buttery sourdough baguette and gorgonzola cheese. Itll blow your mind!
