Exactly !!! This unit is what we called a "pile up" we use to go through 10 units and place all the left overs in these units. We use to pick out all the valuables and leave the furniture and trash behind. That's it folks....can't give away any more $ecrets. Enjoy.

I paid 1000 plus 15% buyers premium and 6% taxes for a unit that was filled with boxes, furniture, power tools and clothes. All of the furniture was either broken or riddled with termite damage. The boxes was either filled with paper or trash. All the tools were broken and the clothes were nasty and moldy. Bugs, mice, spiders found a box with maggots in it. Took me 3 trips with a full truck to empty it out cost me I'd average 28$ per trash load to dump not to mention time, gas and more. I would estimate it costs me almost $2000 to clean this unit out. I bought another unit the following week for 275$ and hit a 5000$ score so I always say win some lose some not a big deal.

I buy plenty of 10$ 20$ 50$ units sometimes I get all junk and a dump run sometimes you can hit it big. I found a $400 go cart in a 10$ unit and found 10k 14k 18k carat gold in a 50$ unit. Its all a numbers game go buy another 20$ unit and keep going. I had a unit I spent over 1000 dollars for and everything was broken win some lose some.

Those are not always that great either, I bought a 5x5 all with totes and nice looking boxes... Everything was gross, 3 of the totes had one propane tanks in each.. smelly clothes in a few..
