How are you doing? In this vlog, we take you along as we make a pretty big purchase for something we've been needing for years (and something PJ has been researching and searching for relentlessly).
Also, PJ is making huge progress on the new flip house and it's coming along so much faster than the cottage was at this stage. We can't wait to get this thing finished and then decide what to do with it: rent it or sell it?

Why want those people just relinquish parental control and allow you two to adopt those children. It is clear to me and anyone else looking , that you two are the best thing to ever happen to those three. That was a terrific video VLOG for it was very enjoyable to watch and very uplifting. I want to share a very funny story with you about the the word or words " Uh Ha" and my late father. I have Ashberger's Syndrome for it has put limits on my verbal skills. When I was 45 years old and my father was 75 years, I said one to many " Uh Ha's" to him and he asked nicely If I had another word or phrase that I could use beside "Uh Ha" because it was driving him crazy to hear those 2 words that I said to him for over 40 years. I said to him " I guess I could use the Word "OK". Anyway, it then became a running joke between the two of us for the last 5 years of his life and we had so much fun with it. When you mentioned the " Uh Ha" in this video VLOG, it brought back many happy and special memories between my late father and I and I want thank you reviving those wonderful memories for me. Your flip house is looking great and that is one awesome looking tractor that the both of you purchased. For over 40 years my family and I made Friday night a pizza night and we pizza every Friday night. Again I want to say how blessed your three children are having you as parents because the both of you are outstanding and very caring parents !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
