I'm sorry but they had no business showing the marshland to this couple, they knew they wanted a cottage for the grandchildren to swim, yet they were willing to sell them a place that the kids might never be able to swim at. It would also literally take years to do something with that waterfront and I can just imagine the size of the water snakes. Are you even allowed to go in and take out the marshland, wouldn't it be protected somehow bc it's full of wildlife and helps clean the lake?

the prices are from what year? Not from 2021 that's for sure. I bought a cottage in 2020. Asking price $480,000. and 10 offers later I've got it for $650,000.00.
