It depends on what connections the system has from the dyno to the computer, could be difficult to make that work on a laptop. Sometimes just reseating the I/O cards in a computer will fix any issues with them as sometimes they get a bit glitchy if they haven’t been used for some time or through movement if they are aren’t secured down properly. BMW 2002. It was called the 02 series. the 20 upfront is the engine ccm. Meaning in this case 2 liter. Other engine configurations where a 1.6 liter and a 1.8 liter naming the cars to 1602 and 1802.

get those hard disks imaged and put it all in a VM on modern hardware and a modern OS. Theres a lot of options for VM software that allow you to pass the hardware through to the VM.

Loved seeing you guys again. Since the Burntican and the 'stolen' Mustang I was away for a bit. Missed the music and the laughs:D

well, if the road trip was a few months ago, I can now see why on the raptor overview video you did on the other channel you specifically mentioned that the back seat of the raptor was roomy enough to sleep in comfortably

I would just unplug the A/C wires to the clutch on the compressor and the pully should be able to spin freely on the compressor, while engine running, when the cluch is disengaged.

Unless you have the original software, I would recommend that you immediately 'clone' the hard-drives on the PC's for the dyno. Good luck with the new toy.

The dyno computer background was pictures of Australian V8 Supercars! That’s sick!

In other news, 3 Oregon men are the latest diagnosed cases of Coronavirus. When asked how they contracted it, they all said "we had a contest with our new dyno to see who could blow the hardest..."

I recommend setting the O2 sensor upside down. The exhaust gas will burn the cable.

Can’t help but think and I’m sure lots of people will think the same but I’m sure 30k + would have been better spent on decent workshop equipment. Engine dyno tuning is a specialised thing and in my opinion well worth paying for there experience on the odd occasion you will need it.

I think you should call Linus Sebastian from Linus Tech Tips to build you a hot shot computer that would absolutely crush your little under 20 year old computer only if you found a way to install your dyno software on the new computer.

Well I think its really getting close to the time to find an actual shop/warehouse to use. Running low on space and I don't think the neighbors will be loving this haha.

Cool a hub dyno, they are fairly accurate with the drive loss. So it will be real wheel power barring grip loss.
