We bought a fixer upper in Nashville, TN | the first walk through

We bought a house!
It has been a rental property in Nashville, Tennessee for over 13 years.
It was built in the 1900s with the latest addition having been added around 1970.
It will need a complete remodel, including - removing two hidden chimneys within the walls, adding a master bathroom, and much much more!
There is a two car garage and workshop we will also be fixing up.
We will be documenting every step along the way, so stay tuned!

Wow it sure could do with a complete renovation! Hard to to know where to start! Will be interested to see the progress on it. Just watched part 1 and 2 of your caravan restoration. Are you still doing that project? Would love to see what it looks like now.
