WE BOUGHT A HOUSE!! (Realistic First Time Home Owner House) | Northern New Jersey 2023

We finally did it! I wanted to point out a couple things that I didn't mention in the video. We live very close to NYC which increases the price of the homes especially if you want to be in a good school district (which we obviously wanted) The market is still hot and not a lot of inventory is available so finding something that checked all our boxes was shocking to us. The only thing this home doesn't have is central air and a big deck. But in our budget and in this area it would have been nearly in possible to find that anyway. With all that being said, our budget was between 450k and 500k and we did stay within that. Lastly, I didn't show things like the basement and backyard just to preserve a little privacy.
