Honestly, I don’t know if we were necessarily ready lol but with house prices and interest rates increasing we felt like it was now or never! As for the closing process, there was so much I didn’t really understand but I just trusted my realtor and did whatever she told me lol I actually have a friend who’s a realtor who posts a lot of information and tips on Instagram if you’d like to learn more -> @savannah.wyker.realtor
