Thank you for the kind words. My first house was so small I could lay in the hallway: my left arm in the living room, my right arm in the bathroom, one leg in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. Hahaha but I was always thankful....which I think leads to happiness. Ken and I struggled a lot when we were first married but that is what made us pivot and get serious about getting out of debt. Funny thing is I still like beans 😜

I was just coming on here to say something along those lines, remembering the earlier stories of when you two struggled. Hard work, dedication, and pure blood sweat and tears! Congratulations! I have bad arthritis and fibromyalgia so some days are very challenging for me. I just get exhausted. Do you find that to be true with you all too??. Loving ❤ life.

I live in your area and we have the same Ferris mower from the same farm supply store. We also upgraded from a John Deere and my husband just loves the Ferris. We have a lot of overgrown property and he is mowing and maintaining more of it every year. Mowing that took him a couple of hours now takes half an hour! I love to see places fixed up and improved, I'll be watching you!

We bought a small John Deere before moving into our current house and the first summer we realized it wasn't going to cut it! We have 17 acres but mow about 3.5. we bought a ferris used, it's amazing and a beast! It mows it all in about 90 mins. So thankful to have it!

I love the Ferris, I have been mowing the main part of an elderly neighbors house because it takes just a few minutes. And the little bit left is manageable for them with their John Deer and weed wacker. He said it saves him about 4 hours a week.
