I've been playing too much House Flipper, looking at how easy it would be to start making so much progress (rent a dumpster and clear out the trash, take down all the curtains and other fixtures, sweep and vacuum, paint) feels almost exciting. I figure you'd need to get some (expensive) crews out to fix electrical and the roof, but still, they have a lot of flexibility to go wild.
