Micheal that was a mission just getting it on the trailer. Seems like it will be a lot of work but very low miles. I think you should stick with the Chevy you worked so hard on that one. Don't know what is wrong with the Chevy as I am 'old school' but a computer incompatibility issue maybe and or a faulty sensor? Looking forward to this project.👍👍

I think that they lied to you about loading it. How did they move it around the yard? It didn’t just land in the back of the yard by itself! The loader was probably afraid to do more damage to it or hit some other vehicle by it. Good luck with the build. Frame is kind of sketchy right now. Thanks for sharing your videos!

On your red chevy truck check all your ground wires. Make sure engine has its own ground wire to chasis. If you mix matched modules between two trucks you may need to replace a module or reprogram a module

No No No. It would be totally wrong to mod this in any way. Interesting to note the rear door has been resprayed at some time. This is will be a real winner when finished and should be a keeper. Greetings from the UK

The diesel would serve you better as a work truck. Eager to see how you revive this one. My 2019 Ranger had been rear-ended and the frame was bent so I spliced a whole new rear-end...but I don't have the "toys" you two have.

Ford is the way to go for a shop truck. Without front end damage it might command a better price for a flip. Fine red color.

The ford , all the important bits work once you stored the rear axle and swap out the bed. You can mod it as much as you like after that. Basically you got an almost new truck.

If it were an older Power Stroke Diesel I'd say "what"? But the newer ones are suppose to be much better and once you fix this one you'll have a great 16K mile F250 Super Duty, whether you keep it or sell it. Cha-Ching either way, right?

That's 6'7 in that Ford is an absolute beast definitely go with the Ford I drive one everyday as a flatbed tow truck it will pull anything with no issue if it's a 2020 and up it's got a thousand foot pounds of torque stock

Im all for a lifted truck but if youre gonna lift it... go with a fully height adjustable airride setup from either Kelderman or Any Level Lift!! You can also haul/tow with these airride/airbag setup!! I look forward to seeing what y'all do with this truck

Yes. Keep the Ford. I also Had different trucks but Ford just overpoweres them all. Very good shop truck. Some nice wheels and that’s it.

At the beginning of this, with trying to load it the driveshaft to the rear differential is in the truck bed put the thing in four-wheel-drive and drive the thing up on the trailer it’ll drag that light rear end up…… Just saying....wait it is 4x4 right ? I drove a Yukon with the rear end busted up (after the tire came off on the highway ugh) onto the trailer I was towing a pickup with. On the side of the highway I unloaded the truck and had to manoeuver the busted Yukon with the front wheels only same kind of thing. It dragged itself onto the trailer it was just towing. Then I drove the rest of the way home good thing the pickup had fuel it came from the Auction in Flint and lots of times they have none. It was a lucky day for me even got the wheel back from the ditch. Thanks to God nothing bad happened on that day.

Run and drive only means it starts and moves... doesn't mean it will drive down the road, but being a 4x4 it will still move even with no rear half of a truck lol
