Renovate would mean change, and that could be the entire property. Sometimes it’s not possible to tackle one part til the other part is safe to work in.

Please use a spirit level when yo lay your brickwork and please lay your motar for your brick joins the correct way, why don't you use reo bar/wire when laying your brick walls.

I am sure there is Part 2 House Renovation. Usually they do yard first before the house. Besides they need to secure the perimeter wall first before doing up the house where there will be valuable items inside like furnitures, electrical appliances and etc.

Please learn what the word renovation means. If you say you’re going to renovate a house, that means you work inside the house. If you plan to work in the garden and clean up the yard, then say that. I’m very tired of watching these films all the way to the end and seeing little to no house renovation happening. So disappointing. Don’t call these videos house renovations, because they are not. This young man worked very hard and made the yard of this house look very nice but he did not renovate the house. Learn the difference!
