The cake board is usually taped to the bottom so that it won’t move around during any transportation. And then when you eat the cake you open it from the sides by breaking down the side of the box. Then you can store it back in the box in the fridge when you’re done.

Celiac here. They do taste very different. I've noticed chocolate desserts good their moisture longer & is more forgiving. Anything else takes a bit of skill to make. And the same thing can taste very different baker to baker. I'd love to watch this too!

It's so fun watching cake-eating, haha! The bakeries all did outstanding jobs but the way Mia eats the blue/chocolate cake makes me know that it's the best one. I think I would love the lighter texture fluffy icing as opposed to the more rich buttercream type so now I wish I knew how they made the frosting for the unicorn cake!
