As the PROUD owner of a 2023 Tucson Hybrid... I will say this... as much as I LOVE my Tucson, if I were in the market today for a new car, I would NOT buy the 2024 Tucson... why? Because I've seen the 2025 Tucson which is already on the road in Korea. My God, the 2025 Tucson Facelift is a WORK OF ART! I'd hold out for the 2025 Tucson if I wanted a car today... as it is, i'm very pleased with my 2023 Tucson Hybrid... but I am jelly of the 2025 model!

@@FeliciaTheblessedWest Totally get you... I have a 2023 that I love, and though i'm very jelly of the 2025, it would just make no sense financially to swap them out for me. Having said that, if you want to see what's changed, there's a minor change to the front grille, but most of the major changes are inside and zomg, the interior changes are PERFECTION! Order one to insure you get one. It costs you nothing and you're not committed to buy it if you change your mind. The Hybrids will be in huge demand based on the early order book my dealer has. He's got orders for over 150 of them already. I', #5 on the list. No deposit needed and if I don't like it, there'll be 25 people behind me who will buy it.

@@beccab2522 becca, I bought from this dealer before and the sales manager had no issue with ordering me one through the Hyundai dealer's program. I asked if he wanted a deposit and he said absolutely not. This dealer is one of the few that wasn't charging over MSRP for Tucson Hybrids. I love the transparency and honesty. I think your guy was just pulling some dealer nonsense. Whatever you do, don't let these snakes take a dime from you until you've driven your SF and make 100% sure it's exactly what you want. Cheers

If you get one, upgrade the wheels in your deal. The stock wheels look super chincy and way too small for the size of the new SF. You need 20 inchers on this thing, minimum, IMHO.The 18's look silly.

The 18" wheel on the XRT looks way out of place is all I'm saying and it's really a cheap looking wheel on a rather nice looking vehicle.

I've purchased 8 new Hyundai's since 2007. I currently own two 22 Tucson Hybrids, a Limited and an SEL Convenience. They're awesome. The problem Hyundai has now is this.They've raised their prices 50% over the last 5 years. They're no longer a great value and in fact for a bit more money, you can buy a Toyota. I ordered a 24 SF Limited Hybrid AWD. Base price is 45800, that's crazy

Glad you guys had good luck. I'm turning my leased 2021 Sante Fe in as soon as possible. I took a bet on Hyundai and lost. Nothing but, problems with the car and dealership. Just had to have a new transmission put in and now the alignment is off after picking it up. Unfortunately, I will not be buying a Hyundai again. Poor quality and poor customer service.

I treated her well and kept up with all the routine maintenance. Either way I do t care if I beat the hell out of it, there is no reason a car with under 23 thousand miles should have to have its transmission replaced and that's not the only issue It had.

I love my CX-5. It’s my 3rd one. I will keep it in the garage as a spare when it gets old. But it’s a 21 with 19,211 miles. They are really well built made in Japan vehicles and it’s hard to much other than style and maybe for some who want more gears.

Hi there. Betty from San Antonio TX. So, I just bought a brand new 2024 Santa Fe on Saturday, June 15th, and at around mile 30-ish, we had the EXACT SAME ISSUE occur to us. We reached out to our salesman right away, but being that it was after hours and they were closed on Sunday, nothing much could be done. So today, Monday the 17th, the salesman came to my house to drive the car to the dealership himself and at the same time, left a loaner car to be used. They, at this point, are not sure what the issue may be. We forwarded your video to him, but at this point, it's a "wait and see". Saying I'm disappointed is a major understatement.

@@CarConfections Hello guys! So, here is the update on the issue with my new 2024 Santa Fe Limited edition. The dealer finally stated it was indeed a faulty transmission. I was given three options on which I could chose from. First was to cancel the contract, second was to wait for the repair to be made or third, chose something else on the lot (although they did not give me any specific options on what I could chose). What I had originally purchased was the Santa Fe Limited in the Serenity White Pearl color with the Pecan Brown leather interior. I LOVED that color combination! What I wanted was to get the same vehicle in the same color combination. Unfortunately, there were no other vehicles within a 100 mile radius like it, so that option was out of the question. I didn't want to get the original car back, only because I knew I was going to have a constant worry that something else may happen with it so I chose the third option and picked out another vehicle from their lot. I really liked the Santa Fe so I decided to get another one. Already knowing that the color option I really wanted was not available, I decided on upgrading and got the Calligraphy edition in Ecotronic Gray Pearl. The dealer really worked with me to make things right because of the inconvenience. I drove the new, upgraded car off the lot with the same monthly payment and no change in my financed amount. The dealer's representative stated that they were not aware of any other issues with the transmission and this was the first they had heard about it. I don't know if that is true or not, the way they were so quick to offer me the other options just makes me think otherwise. Either that or they just genuinely wanted to make things right with me (which they did). Considering everything that happened, my experience with this dealer turned out to be very positive. This was the second vehicle I have purchased from them. I have passed the 30 mile mark on the new car and so far, no issues!

After I returned the 2024 Santa Fe Limited, I was given the choice of getting another vehicle on their lot, which I did. I went with a 2024 Santa Fe Calligraphy (beautiful car by the way). I really had hoped that the issue with the Limited version of the first Santa Fe was just a fluke, but here we are again. I started having issues with the Calligraphy version this past weekend. It started making the same noise as the first car, the "check engine" light came on this time and when I put it in "park" mode and pushed the ignition button to off, it would not turn off. After that, we drove it straight to the dealer. It's currently there and as of this morning, I am being told it is the transmission. They are waiting to get authorization to change it out. I have reached out to the dealership and made it clear that I do not want the car back. Having gone through the same thing twice with two different cars, you can see why I would not want it. So, as of right now, I am waiting to see what they will say. I am hoping for a good resolution to this. All I know is that as much as I LOVED the Santa Fe, I will not be getting another one, if given the choice. -- Betty

Kinda random off topic, but sometimes i swear the styling of lower trims in vehicle line ups look better imo. Sometimes higher trims might remove elements and change some design. This trim looks super nice

As part of your review of the Hyundai brand, please critique the dealership service and maintenance of these vehicles. I have had Hyundai rentals that were very impressive, but, am a Toyota loyalist because the dealerships and maintenance are no fuss, no muss.
