@ couple of things you gotta understand. I know what I catalytic converter is. I just had never heard it referred to as cats. My dad worked for Ford for 32 years. However, he worked in the plant where they made the large semi trucks and they also worked in the plant where at the time they were making the Rangers and the bronco two trucks. but just because he worked for four doesn’t mean I would know much about cars. I’m a musician I trade.

Yeah it's reflection of the area his business is in, mostly. A stone's throw from Trenton, right down the road from real poverty, and he's able to field stacks of luxury cars between this dealership and another down the road. It's definitely a draw to people who are chasing clout over good finances when it's easily the best high-end dealer network in the county outside of Princeton. I'm very familiar with the area and wish George the best of luck fending of YNs looking to steal and dummies who think they're owed a luxury car as his brand grows.

Guys this is a good sales demonstration from the start. Honing in on scratches, not engaging on the plusses like full PPF, making sure that the muffler upgrade isn't the best one and voicing it. This is all to soften the sellers expectations before "negotiating", when this is in fact setting the scene for the negotiation to take place, and this is less than 60 seconds in.
