I'd add a cage around the steering rack and add an Acusump so you don't lose oil pressure as quickly during those extreme angle maneuvers... AND PUT A DAMN HELMENT ON!!!

The two sticks are setup with one being Hi and Low gears And the other is for 3 modes of 4wd…. One being rear axle only, one being front axle only and the other being both front/rear axles…….need to contact Matt’s off road to be clear how to operate the transfer case…..he’s having wrecker games out in Utah middle of March

It doesn’t work that way. One stick is front axle high/low/neutral and the other stick is rear axle high/low/neutral. It has an Atlas transfer case. Some can be shifted in a way where you can run front only but not a stock Atlas or Atlas 2. It depends on if it’s a driver or passenger drop as to which stick controls which axle.

Most rock rigs run a different setup, one stick is front axle and the other is rear axle. Each stick has three detents hi, neutral and low. This allows you to shift them separately. For example rear neutral and front low turn the wheel and hold the rear brake and you can pivot on one rear wheel. Makes a really tight turn. Make sure you have selectable axle lockers like ARB air lockers. While you use them locked a lot of the time you want to be abele to control them.

@@jefferyyoung6836 These rigs don’t run selectable lockers in the diffs. They all run full spools because at no time would you ever want or need to unlock a diff. The front has drive slugs (where a locking hub would go) that aren’t able to be locked or unlocked. They are much stronger than a selectable hub.

Those are top quality forged rims, it's normal to have to replace the bead lock rings as they often get knocked about and are a consumables. Shocks look good quality, no leaks by the look of it. King, Radflow, Fox live valve and Carbon Shocks are all good brands.

Need to find out what kind of parts you have in it before you just start replaced parts. If it aint broken, don't fix it. Like you said, powder coded paint. It make it look nice and tough and clean new Beadle. Locks, some newer tirescause they probably sold you. Some of their used tires to save money on the next build for themselves.

Awesome. You guys have at least 1 Ton solid axles .maybe a Dana 70/80 in the rear Gears are important a lot of us run 4.88- 5.38 gears with lockers. The shocks look like old FOA shocks - I’d run some kings coilovers. For tires the compound matters and what look you want. Some Maxxis trepador comps are awesome or red label bfg krawlers . A forged beadlock would be awesome for you guys KMC,sidetracked Offroad , fuel make great wheels. Throw in some apex valve stems to air up and down really quick. Definitely a cool set up. That Double triangulated rear will give so much flex !💪

It already had really high quality forged beadlocks. They just don't know what they're looking at. That's a high quality build they will only make worse by adding cheap sponsor parts. Guys don't even know how to freespool a winch let alone upgrade a rock bouncer.

you've got a good foundation. looks like a 14 bolt rear end, dana 60 front. those tires have some life left and are some of the best rock bouncing tires (super swampers) and trail ready beadlocks. they do make a sticky version in a 43" tire super swamper sx sticky iirc

Those are the 43” SX sticky compound. On rocks those tires on it will be fine but not so much in dirt.

Oh my gosh...thats a mental mad max crawler.....bit of a respray and a livery goonzquad lime green and black....some method wheels...n king shocks....whooey you got a mad beast. Respray cage add few lime green chequor plate panels and some g squad stickers...chequor plate dash...and that would be even more mental. Love that thing...❤ Peace.
