We know that Mia had been seen with some other famous (minor celebrity) musicians and such before while dating Will which he mocked on TWOTI, maybe she was chatting with one in her DMs or something and decided to make the move? Remains to be seen how well that works in the long term, the grass is rarely greener and it's not like Will is a minimum wage worker, she'd have got plenty of trips like Vietnam and stuff out of his videos, not like she needed to leave to see the world or whatever. But that's just my guess though...
