The wifi thing wasn't supposed to disconnect you from the Wifi so you would have to connect again. The Deauth or De authorization is a wifi mechanism inherit in all wifi for when you have packet collisions. If too many occur the router/access point can send a deauth packet telling all connected devices to stop sending for a short while. What the product does is just spam these deauth packets making all the connected devices stop sending on the wifi.
