Bethesda added it in with Anniversary Edition. It's great to have a healing option that isn't a restoration spell or potion.

Hey bro how's the performance?does it run on rx 5700xt ?

I think it will perform fine! I'm running it on a GeForce GTX 1660 Super and it performs relatively well. I run into some problems when there are a lot of effects popping off all at once or there are a lot of environmental assets to load in, but most of the time it runs pretty well.
