At least the beans are doing good!! Very happy that we got all of the hay off the ground because we just got 6 inches of rain today.

Get rid of the bling rings on your fingers when working around moving parts of equipment. Very easy to lose a finger or get pulled into PTO.Stay safe!!

That “bamboo” at 9:45 is Japanese knotweed and it’s super invasive. Cutting it short and covering it with a black tarp for a year has been used to kill some of it. But yes it’s almost impossible to get rid of.

FYI - that roadside weed that everyone hates is not bamboo - it's called knotweed and its tiny flowers are a favorite of wild honeybees. Everything has value

Do you use only one source for weather predictions? I don't farm but occasionally,if I really want to be sure,I'll check one or two more sources to confirm what the first source said. The NWS is my go-to but I can search others to confirm. Sorry to say the same thing two ways but just making sure folks understand. Good video as always!
