Depends. If you're going for perfect rebuild its dumb expensive. If you like me who had to fix a rusty bmw e30. Just cut out the floor and make your own with a large aluminum plate and steel supports. Way cheaper than buying a replica floor and it saves weight from using aluminium instead of steel sheet. Impala's are great classic cars, but i dont feel that they are perfect rebuild classic, like a pre war car would be

Im no engineer, but I think putting a bit of sand in the bottom would help a lot. I mean thinking about it, the sand won't weigh much when under, not enough to counteract the buoyancy at least, but whenever a part of the barrel lifts out the weight will almost increase, or atleast be enough to hold it down. There isnt any conventional firework/ rocket they could buy that would propel them more than a mile an hour. (Most peoples basic walking speed is between 3-5 mph) they could do roman candels taped to drone battles, or rc cars with a rocket on them. Anything that involves pushing then would just not work or would be to expensive and complicated to plan
