Hey everyone! Welcome to the continuation of our Scrap Mechanic co-op survival adventure! In this episode kAN and I decided to split up the tasks on work on different things (so make sure to check out his video as well!). My task was to build a NEW watering truck for the base so that we can effectively water our soon to be mega farm. As cool as the tractor was, it just didn't cut it because it was too light! This new truck turned out AWESOME and we are really excited about it. On top of that, kAN did some base improvements and added another floor! When your crops get close to maturing, make a second pass with the water. Sometimes they'll instantly mature for harvest. I do it regularly to push it that last iota.

Big suggestion. Build two exploration vehicles with the set of small wheels you got, this will help you guys explore more land and give you both the option to have a vehicle to find loot in, instead of sharing one with one chest limiting space

Hey Kosmo, a bit of an unknown hint that I've left in comments in kAN's, Scrapman's, and iBallisticSquid's videos (and now here so I hope you try this and find it helpful) but if you water crops around the last 20 in game minutes or so you can force bloom them. The only solid info I have is if it's nearing the time they should be blooming for harvest if you water them it will end up forcing them to bloom. If they're not to that point yet, you'll just make the soil plot wet. But you can force all crops to bloom just a little earlier than "naturally" if you do that. Try it out with buckets next time. It has saved me so many times on my own play through.

Hmm sounds interesting, maybe the wetness of the soil speeds growth so replenishing the water level boosts the growth to push it over to being grown. definitely have to try this myself though!

Kosmo you can build a stopper for the water truck now. with tractor it was harder because you needed to back up. but with your design you can just park parellel to the water with 1-2 block high stoppers you shouldn't slide down. until you make the dock this can be a temporary solution.

Is it faster though? There are 2 of them. If one cuts then down and one grinds them up and collects them, it's really efficient.

@@outandabout259 than the other one instead of getting out of the truck and destroying the tree with his hammer he would just drive up to it and pick it up. than while his car is doing the work he can go up to another tree and pick it up. The current setup would be efficient if KaN would constantly be chopping down trees and not grinding them up.

@@orangespuddy7118 Yes, you are correct. But, in the video he put 4 wheels in the craft bot. The first wheel will be made immediately, taking the mats out. But, if you take out one other mat while the bot is crafting the first wheel, like say the bees wax, then the craft bot will only be able to make that first wheel. Thus saving three wheels worth of mats.
