Beyond just adding value we must innovate other uses for these crops. The back of the orange can be used as animal feeds, the layer before the fruit can be mixed with other chemical to make biodegradable foams and cushions. So many other products can be extracted from the plant that would be beneficial to the environment.

Maya is doing amazing work by showcasing the efforts made by these individuals to contribute to the growth of the country. I think a lot can be done with your videos, to sort of add value to it. Mr Fredrick seems to want to share a lot about the business side of things. I think you can have an in-depth discussion is these areas. * How he was able to finance the business.(he said ADB). Did they just give him the money/loan?. How did he do it *Generally how can someone get funding for things like this? *What was needed to make this happen? Leave his 8-5 job?. How he dealt with authorities and getting the right people to work with. * Next face of the business and how to ensure it's sustainability. * can he mentor or give some business advice to those who may want to get into business like his? The conversation somehow touched a bit on some of the points made. I believe you can teach us HOW he made it. And HOW we can learn the lessons and apply in other aspects of our business life. It is good to get lots of free information online these days, but you know, some of what you suggested should be done through consulting experts so they can also make a living 😉.
