I never use Maggi at all, it's not healthy for the body, I use naturally grown herbs, basil, thyme, chive, tomatoes, a bit of pink salt, and what we call pimento pepper, or seasoning pepper. I grew my own seasoning herbs, grind them and put it in the refrigerator and use as I need, I must look for this berry though I don't think I know it. I'm in Trinidad🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹

🇯🇲Glad to see you continue to seek and highlight these nuggets of African success. Those turkey berries are known in Jamaica as susumber. It’s cooked-up with codfish, coconut milk being the base. When it’s cool it has a purplish glow which is interpreted as signs of mineral irons. Empowerment & employment of our African sisters. Agriculture with its early morning rise, long back-breaking days in the sun wearing dirty clothes have never been the domain of youngsters, while they complain of high unemployment. Just like the government advocating and incentivizing the year of return, what about the year back to the soil?

Always the women with the great brains and initiatives to take risks in Ghana. There must be something very special about Ghanian women since ancient times especially since the day of the great legendary Ya Asantewa. Proud to see the Ghanian women taking charge of the micro economy. Where is the government to help small scale businesses? A loan of $200,000 USA dollars will catapult this young lady into a business that helps to find youth unemployment in at least one area. And they get to pay taxes to the government on their wages in return. Why do we have idiots ruling us across Africa.
