Great gym, thanks for the tour. Question: I saw the bathrooms but not a shower room for the athlete , you didn't have one or it's just not on the video ???
@Krufessor_Rad29 күн бұрын
We didn’t install showers. We chose not to add that when building the gym.

Only one question : How much did it costed (the bulding,mats plbag etc) coz my dream job is opening a gym like
@Krufessor_Rad5 ай бұрын
There is no exact amount. You have to consider cost and the economy in the area you live, but a ballpark is minimum would be $20,000 to over 100,000. Depending on how nice and how big you want your gym to be. Then there is security deposits, insurance, licensing for city and state. trademarks. Then you can move on to renovation or build out of the location you rent. Then equipment, mats, internet, computers, security cameras. etc. Last you have promotional materials and marketing online, building a website, social media and the like. Take your time. Save as much as possible so you can use your own money and only rely on loans as a last resort. Start small and build up from there. My gyms have gotten progressively bigger over the years as I've learned and grown my business and could afford more over time. I have build 4 gyms over the last 12 years and they all varied in cost within that window I mentioned in the beginning. Do as much research as possible and save as much money as possible wherever you can by doing as much as you can on your own. I hope that's helpful. Thank you for the question.
