Mtb related tenis elbow can be due to shoulder mobility/strength issues. I fixed mine with just an exercise band and some range of motion movements.

I also have the tendonitis/tennis elbow and what really helped me was squeezing a tennis ball and strengthening your fore arm, also painkillers help you ride without as much pain when your still not 100% better and icing it after riding. Hope this helps!

Hey jordan, i live in BC and im aware of the roadblocks. The police can not fine you for going out and shooting a video outside of the 604 region.
