Nice, up North here that would be an old lady killer and youtube gold! That ice is nasty, but on a mobile home down in your backyard? That is wonderful! Put a camera on it though just in case you get that youtube gold fall! LOL!

This is very beautiful! But I'm a little confused. I've seen people now use concrete blocks as well. Aren't we supposed to be able to have a crawl space for a reason? How would we get underneath the trailer to inspect the beams, plumbing, etc.

New to the channel and please believe me I'm not trying to hate on you guys but there's two problems with those steps one is its too small of base to stand on just imagine trying to get your groceries or having guests trying to get in you have to back up to open swing the storm door in also i have some just like those and myself and several other people have tripped trying to navigate them. Your base (top at the entry side is too narrow!

It’s about a dollar a brick installed what we found out after we build it though the top step needs to be about three times that size you cannot open the door and stand on the top step

Looks good but not functional. You ever try to open the door and step back off the top level. Needed to be twice the size.
