I found out after my full hysterectomy that I had ovarian cancer, such a rare case that my oncologist made them run the test twice. I know that feeling all to well and 1 thing that one of my sisters said was "why not me"? When she said that, it hit me hard and I understood that I am no one special and God is guiding me. Needless to say I am 11 years cancer free and had they not have done the full hysterectomy I could be in a different place. I just turned 55 and push myself every single day to work out and not be hard on myself anymore. You are beautiful and killing it! ❤❤❤❤

We talk so much kinder to others than we do ourselves. I try to remind myself to treat myself and view myself as I do those around me. So hard some days especially around that time of the month 😅. Love all your progress and you motivate me to get moving. ❤ Love you girl!!

You're quite a bit younger than me but you're inspiring me to get out there and lose this weight that I gained over the pandemic depression set in side of me really bad and I gained so much weight I don't even recognize myself anymore I feel so gross and my back injury gets worse the more weight I gain of course and then I try to exercise and I can't because it hurts so bad so I feel like I'm on a vicious roller coaster that just will not stop when it comes to my weight but you have done a phenomenal job on yourself you look good girl don't be so hard on yourself you look amazing😊
