Matt, your Dad has a lifetime of experience being a "gentleman" by holding doors open and the umbrella along with whatever bag for your Mom. As a good dad I'm sure he did the same for you when you were a little guy. By now, it's become such a habit that I doubt he even thinks about what he's doing until after he has done it.

You guys need to work on the baby goats not jumping. Grandma is going to get knocked down if they don’t stop jumping on people.
@morgancalvi66753 ай бұрын
@annasacik-smith I think what he needs to do (besides not letting them start that to begin with) is to only feed them when they're down.

Hey Matt, another great video. I'm glad your little accident wasn't serious. The littles seem to be comfortable with the big boys, I think they just tolerate the kids. I love watching them growing and learning. God bless you all 💕

Oh thank goodness all the birds are accounted for. Thank goodness for good neighbors. Do you think it would be a good idea to actually move the chickens out of the nest all together? I'm not sure there is a 'play out' thing to it as long as they are in the nest.

Man-up Matt , a little chicken won’t hurt you. Don’t wash the eyes , they have a protective coating on them that makes them last longer. Grandpa don’t be enabler , make him get all the eggs.

Thank you both for another great video even with the rain. I am glad you are okay from the near fall, but please consider getting a tetanus vaccine. Consult your doctor. Back in the day it was referred to as "lock jaw" and there is a reason for it. I was a vet tech for many years, and it was many years ago...I have seen a dog with it, and it was horrible to witness. Thanks for sharing and God bless.
@morgancalvi66753 ай бұрын
Matt, you don't let bad behaviors, like jumping...start. Then you won't have to worry about them hen they're bigger. What you guys never thought through was they'e not only going to be big, they'l have bigger horns. Anyway, feeding them when they jump actually encourages jumping. I'm so happy to see P Dub is licking the salt block...there is copper in it. The bucket upside down at 16:55 is a perfect way for a goat to get on it and jump into the hay feeder and break a leg. That's a GREAT way for him to teach 'bring it to me' though...instead of getting onto the pup for having the measuring cup...say 'thanks for bringing to me'.

Rain or shine the animals are hungry too. We had some heavy showers this afternoon. Love the way the goats and pups are getting along. They don't seem to mind the rain to much. Maybe it's that they know you have treats. As always enjoy watching your videos. GOD bless y'all.

Hi Matt! I saw a couple of videos, I think it was on FB. But the dog was going between his owner's legs and they somehow made a dance out of it. It was so coordinated and funny! You take care up there. There's storms here in Oklahoma and they are heading you all's way. Not sure where Chad lives but it would be headed N.E. I will keep all of you in my Prayers.

In the rainy miserable weather coveralls are great . Leave them in the garage. When you come out pull them over your clean clothes and go feed. When you come back with muddy paw prints etc. you can pull them off in the garage and go in the house with clean clothes. My Dad had 2 pair hanging in the barn if one got real muddy he would spray them off with the hose and hand them back up to dry. The next time when he came out he would wear the other pair and went back and forth. My mother would not wash them in her washer unless he spray washed them first to get all the mud off. 😂😂
