Here's a comment on the upside down cross. I noticed all of the walls are highly reflective and when you took the photo of the mirror, the flash would have reflected off the mirror and onto the wall and back into the mirror, this could have caused a light anomaly. Just FYI.

You could try an old fashioned trick, spread some baby powder or flour on the floor and see if you get some footprints. Do the same for the countertops or tables.

Matt and Josh, When using a Polaroid, you should always take 2 or 3 of the spot to compare. I have to say I see a light line across the top also. A little more defined on the left than the right.🤔

It was in the news, she worked near her uncles house so she used to go there for her lunch break. She left work at lunch time and set off to her uncles, nobody knows if she actually got to her uncles or if she'd been and was on her way back to work or if she ever left her uncles. Surely in 2024 there must be dna stored? I remember they suspected her boyfriend and his mother as well as her uncle if i remember right. Great investigation Matt & Josh xx

I've read and watched many stories about the Brenda Evans murder case over the years. It's actually good to see you two coming here, on the anniversary of her death. She seems to have been a wonderful, lively, happy young woman, who had a beautiful start to life. I wish only the best for her beautiful Spirit! I wish only horrible things for her murderer, who ever that was, for ever and ever. She did go to this home, her uncles home, often, during her lunch/dinner breaks from work. It seemed to be a pleasant routine for her. I suppose this is why I don't suspect her uncle of having done this to her. Attackers, rapists, murderers do, however, pay close attention to their targets routine, patterns in their activities, etc., so they can plan their attack. Thank you both for taking the time to do this, and, especially for the complete dignity and respect that you will most likely offer to the Spirit of Brenda Evans. Okay, time to watch the video now!

A US show has had some luck using the Estes method in connecting two locations. For example here one of you would be in the house with the headphones on and the other at the manhole where her body was found asking the questions. Both of you would have a camera on you with a time indicator and you would edit the final video to show the question asked in one location and the response, if any, in the other location.

Fantastic video ❤! You asked for possible additions to your investigations without using cell phones. Here they are: EMF detector, Epoch box or other yes or no contraption like the light up triangle, cat balls, rem pods, music box (I’ve seen it but I’m not sure if it’s a fancy rem pod) those string lights that light up when supposedly a spirit passes by, blowing up a balloon or 2 and asking the spirit to move it, the device that’s called an SP7 (is it a radio scanner?😂) , and that’s all I’ve got today. I guess to you guys it may get a little repetitive and boring, but I love the videos, locations, content, your funny moments, and the friendship you two have and put out there for us to watch! Good explore guys! I'm surprised that place was still open, there was a really upset neighbor once that confronted some other guys. That Polaroid idea works pretty good, that cross figure does not exist on or near that crusty old mirror. You also did catch something on the EVP but not sure what it was. The cross in the mirror is created by the edges of the mirror reflecting the flash. If you take another photo from the same position it will do the same thing, y'know, to test the hypothesis.

Adding my words of wisdom Set the EMF and proximity light, cat balls out get your recorder and questions ready, go dark and fire away for a good few minutes. If you do your walk through first, pick up on any musical instruments, pictures or something that looks "special" and ask about that item, it will give any spirit time to feel comfortable stepping forward, if any lights go off, snap a polaroid if you can

The picture on the mantel is that of brenda evans . Found murdered at aged 17 in the woods behinds the 1950s bungalow. Her aunt and uncle were the last to see her alive. She was murdered in 1977 when i was 5 years old .

That upside down cross was freaky. Really enjoyed this investigation guys. As for trying other methods., I'm old school so love using the senses more than anything. Perhaps cameras left in the building for a short time maybe. Or even a Ouija board. Try drawing round an trigger object on paper and see if it has moved out of the lines by the end of the investigation. You are doing ok as you are though so thank you xx

​@DeadCityParanormal I think it's a reflection of the flash from the camera bouncing from the mirror, to the glossy finish wall across from it, then back to the mirror, and then back to your camera. There is a horizontal line at the bottom, but also at the top, a bit like a barbel weight? If the wall is just the slightest bit convex or concave, as most walls finished by hand are, then the light would follow that curve in the flash. Can't wait to see the @ParaFear video, to see if he caught whatever flew past the pass-through window! Fantastic as always, Matt!!
