Things are getting serious. With all of the pieces in place, the team is now staking out in order to catch the Stalker actually breaking into Hi5 Studios, armed to the teeth with cameras that can record the crime, and some snacks to calm the nerves. From the safety of Matt's (white panel) van, the formerly-mentioned CEO and Sam keep a look out from the ground while Woods takes to the "skies" to see if he can catch a glimpse from the roof. It seems like the perfect plan...until it isn't. Of course, things aren't always what they seem with this mysterious force and even though the team prepared as much as they could for this encounter, it just wasn't enough in the end.

The team does a run-around with the van around the parking lot to make sure that it's as empty as possible, all while hoping the Stalker doesn't dive-bomb from the sky to sneak into the studio.

The team chows down on some snacks in a rare moment of levity. They discuss some more about what the Stalker wants in the end and what they need to be prepared for, especially when it comes to Woods on the roof.
18:17 - Woods Is Ascending -
With a jacket to stay warm, a walkie-talkie to communication with the rest of the team and a good attitude and disposition, Woods embarks up the ladder and onto the roof.

With the lights and ignition off, the van is now in position to keep an eye out for anything creepy that might be occurring.
25:30 - Lighten The Mood, Anyone? -
Sam tries to start a game of twenty questions, with Woods included from his look-out post. It ends up with the team just talking about themselves and their likes to try and calm the nerves.

My theory is, that the LAPD case is a jammer that is connected to the Internet, so whenever you guys try to use radios or the nest cams it will cut the signal off. And when they try to break in they can turn on the jammer so the nest cams can’t download data of them breaking in. That’s why there was static sometimes when you used the walkie-talkies. Also the guy that was running from the van had slightly different clothes than the guy that broke in several times. So I’m guessing syphus is just the name of a crew and that all we know now is that it seems like there are two guys in on mission “PEGASUS”. Speaking of Pegasus, I’m pretty sure Pegasus is the codename for something. Also I think you guys missed something in the Mountaineer, so that’s why the Syphus crew stole the Mountaineer so that you guys didn’t find any more Intel about them. And when you guys heard “in the van,” they already knew that you guys were there. So that’s why the guy was walking around. He was on lookout for the van so the other guy could steal the mountaineer and get out of there. Guys please blow this comment up so that Matthias can see this. And also comment if you want to add onto this theory.

If they had "ran into" Syphus while they were driving around to red base, but the mercury mountaineer was gone, how could he have gotten out of site and then just drove away? My theory is that he got a "teammate" to help him get the stuff and go. Perhaps they ran into either him or his teammate, and when he ran, he ran to the mountaineer which was already started and waiting for him, almost like a get-a-way car.

I think your right, that black car was there, then wasnt when they returned a second time, maybe the back up driver was waiting, The person we saw actually broke in grabbed the case and got in the car. Then they bolted out of there before Matt returned. If so, we now know D is either with Syphus or is are the same people and Another person has been added to the mix.
