Nice catch. Equipment was from 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team; 3rd Infantry Division from Fort Stewart, GA heading to the National Training Center (Training) Rotation 24-08.5 @ Fort Irwin, CA.

Brakes plus the weight being put on the trucks of the flatbeds grinding against the rails

@@thehighiron that so the wheels grabbing ontpt he rail at such weight when the rails are either just a little too close to each other or far apart. also happens on curves all the time.
