Awesome.! I appreciate your mettle..though you're so scared.! i have't heard of people harassing foreign females during Holi. It's not common here. Though i'm not dismissing totally. It may happens if people get inebriated by alcohol or weed.! So it's advisable to be careful on such celebrations.
