Bro take a train from Kandy to Haputale then take a bus to Belihuloya. Search for worlds end base eco Village. You will be loving it. Also don’t miss to visit the famous waterfalls there. It is Pahan Thudawa falls. It is adventurous. Take care and all the very best mate…

Prefect timing you two - Hubby and I moved to Singapore last August - starting our SE Asia explorations - and Sri Lanka is one of our top destinations to get to - so thanks for this and any other episodes you post! We just got back from Thailand and will be heading to Hong Kong in couple of weeks! We have had those toilets multiple times here in SE Asia - the funny thing is I always think of the game Hungry Hungry Hippo - when it opens up. The evening light looks so beautiful!

FYI, regarding the shell on the small prawn, you usually don't eat it because it doesn't taste that good although it adds flavour during the cooking process. You deshell it with your fingers, but of course that's much easier when you eat with your hand rather than cutlery because it's just part of the process of gathering all the different curries/rice for a bite.
