Authentic lamb/beef Bangladeshi biryanis is the best biryanis I have tried. The aromatic scent of the rice with the medium or spicy tendered lamb/beef with a Bangladeshi side salad of lime, cucumber, tomatoe, green chilli is the best combination in my opinion. Thank you for bringing this type of content to our screens, it's much appreciated. If you get the chance please do try the authentic and famous Haji Biryani from the actually Haji Biryani shop in Old Dhaka this is where the Mughals cooked biryanis in Bangladesh. Also do try the food in Star Kebab in Dhaka where they have lamb nehari, lamb paya, different types of bIryanis and vegetable side dishes like the aubergine curries and variety grilled or fried fishe dishes. Chittagong mezbhan restaurants are also amazing and authentic. You can see it on KZbin where The Food Ranger in the episode called the extreme curry factory in Chittagong tried the famous mezbhan food in a popular restaurant owned by Mr Manju.
