Great that you tried it out with a local. In Mendoza they have very good wood for making it with more flavour, but I personally include salat as well. I have a friend from Mendoza who also eats the asado by itself, only meat. I think that preparing a good salat helps to digest. Glad you liked it 🎉

We were here in May, and the weather was cold enough to need a jacket, but not terrible. It’s sunny most days of the year here luckily :)

Is the membriso similar the the guava cheese of the Caribbean?

Yes!!! Very similar to that, but it uses a fruit called Quince, which we hadn’t heard of before
