06:30 here in western North Carolina USA and I just finished watching your video. I'm 66 and am a caregiver for people with disabilities and are at home. My job can be frustrating and a little boring sometimes. I get joy in watching you and your mom cook. I like looking out the window of your shop and seeing the village go by. I also try and give food to the needy not for a pat on the back but because they're needy. The little head nod at the end gave my heart a chuckle.
