We Cut Open Our Moto Boots

We were feeling a bit cocky, so we cut open our moto boots. We cut them open to figure what it takes to become a pair of Trip Machine Moto Boots.
We have designed these to look like regular moto boots that have all the right protections inside the buffalo hide. Its reinforced on the toe, heel and ankle and is crafted from our signature abrasion resistant bufallo leather. The sole is a light weight high grip resin sole thats tested in the slipperiest of conditions.

Several months ago my leg got trapped under my bike during a low side as I slid right across the road. These boots (and the rest of my gear) really saved my skin! I landed right on that ankle protector and it held up just fine, barely roughing up the leather. I still wear these boots almost every day just because of how comfortable they are. Thanks Siddharth!

@@muttineni03I bought one HNM boot and it was glued to the outer sole. So within a year it’s started to detach from the outer sole from 2 different areas. No issue whatsoever on Upper and sole , it’s just the detachment in certain sections due to glue.

@@nuclear9977 Yep they should've stitched it, I've heard someone having issues with its glue and water coming in, so I'm thinking of getting Viaterra Bronson which are stitched but they looks as comfortable as these boots though.

Boots look great and awesome video ! Its suddenly very high up on my consideration list looking at the quality. One advice though, please use gloves, I had anxiety watching lol

Is it a hollow.sole or a thick rigid sole ? its clearly not a GY welt , so let us know whats the construction. is the outsole stiched or cemented ?

Are the soles stitched to the upper or glued? This video did not show how the sole is attached to the upper.

When riding during rain, water strips leather of its natural oils and when wet leather dries, it'll often becomes dry and brittle. Is this the case with this shoe? I know its not 100% waterproof.

Hi! Since the boots are made up of 100% raw leather, they will get affected with water but you need not worry about their performance. It will not hinder the usage of boot.

Yes! You can wear them during your long tours as they have toe, ankle and heel protection which makes sure that your feet are safe all the time.

Hey! Thank you so much for such kind words and appreciation. Since the boots are handmade with full grain buffalo leather they can not be 100% waterproof. The boots can withstand a good amount of drizzles and damp situation, it will not hinder its performance.
