Hi everyone! Had you heard of Takyama before? This area is definitely up there as one of our favourite in Japan - what would you like to try the most from this video? We were pretty busy the past month with study for the JLPT (it'll be very close if we pass or fail 😅). But now that it's over we'll have a lot more time to edit videos! See you in the next one!

We wanted to try this so badly when we were thereee! But with the bikes in the car we couldn’t justify it so we just ate our way around Hida instead 🙈😂. It’s definitely one of our favourite areas too and it looks like we were there at a similar time based on those leaves! 😍

Haha sounds like a great alternative, there's some delicious food around there! Ooh yeah we were in Takayama at the end of October, have just been super slow with the editing recently 😅 Would love to meet up with you guys in the countryside and do some adventures together some time!

The train track bikes look amazing and with the added seat I imagine it would make it more accessible for people to get involved. What a area stunning this is! Fantastic video, best wishes

Sugoi! Spectacular route. That old village in Tayama really is perhaps one of the most beautiful in Japan, and in autumn ... Ummm ... maybe next time try to take the stilts behind the arms, the shoulders ... it's easier to walk kana ... haha As always, thank you for letting me accompany you through my beloved Japan. As you say: wherever you go, Japan is beautiful. Greetings

Hahaha thank you for the advice. If we ever come across the stilts again, we’ll give it a go. Although I feel like I (Aimee) will be bad at it no matter what technique I use 😂 Thank you very much for coming along with us and always watching! Hope you have a lovely Christmas & New Years 😊

Just ran across your videos. Nice. I filmed one in Gifu, different location, back in 2022, Golden Week. We should think about doing some colab videos someday.

What a great video , a variety of content I really loved them all😍 The old railway bike trip is awesome!!! Do you know the minimum age for this activity? Did you see kids around 10 years old? The Autumn scenery is so amazing ! Please stay safe there ❤️🙏🏼

Thank you so much for watching! We're glad you liked it - we were pretty happy with how this video turned out 😊 The bike trip was a great activity, I can imagine kids would really enjoy it too! On the website it just says kids need to be 145cm or over to ride and if they're shorter they can sit on the middle seat when going with an adult. Thank you, will do! Hope you've had a good start to 2022 😀
