I have given a lot of hours in this game and I must say I love everything about it! Great work people! ♥ If I can contribute to your brainstoming session, I think that there needs to be a faster transport system. Every time I start a new game I say to myself that I won't build my main base on the first island and every time that is excacly what I do. You buld your base close to the city to purchase and sell stuff and you end up having one big base instead of a lot small ones and then It is a whole endeavor to go outside of your island just until you fill up on Stone or Wood and then do the multi minute journey back home. I think the game would really benefit from some kind of teleport/waystone system, or mounts (since animals will be introduced) or maybe a fast walking/sliding a slope/or a fast underwater river (like the currents on the sea) but underground. I think you should give the players the option to leave the main island right at the beggining so they will build their starter base elsware and if you space out the town on different parts of the map it must be a faster way to travel between the traiders. Again, I realy realy love what you have done with this game. Keep it up!

Just a one question, will there be a new save start for this update like there was with uncharted waters? That was a good fresh start and made the game feel like new again.

We won't force a new start, all current save files will work with the new update. However, we are significantly rebalancing the game and changing the progression especially at the start. So it will be a perfect opportunity to start a new character and save file if you wish :)
