For those who want to see Pauly give a clinic to the Amish, the ones who see value in the animal already take great care of them. They realize that a healthy animal works harder and lasts longer. The Amish who DON'T see any value in the animal are the ones who mistreat, abuse, and breed for quantity, not quality. They are the ones who need the clinic, but would never take the time to learn from it.

We have talked directly to some Amish before. They typically want as much money as they can get for the horse no matter it's condition and they believe that having them go through the auction is the best way to do that. There was NO chance in hell that was EVER happening in our hands. We do not have the manpower and staff to x-ray every horse right as they come in. Once they go through their evaluations and quarantine, we are then better able to narrow down what we may be looking for. It's not so much a cost thing, as it is time and manpower.
