Oh no! Chloe lost her phone AND got COVID, that sucks! From what I was told the original paella from that area was actually done with Rabbit. They also have all kinds of other paella with sausage, chicken and whatever. I liked the sausage a lot more than the seafood paella that I had. A very common drink the Spaniards do is Tinto de verano (wine of the summer basically). It's Sangria without the fruit. Surprised you didn't show Torres de Serranos, pretty impressive, but good video, I'll have to go back the Valencia I was only there for 1 evening as I was passing through.

Dave also got COVID a few days after Chloe so we've been just taking medicine and sleeping the last few days! We really wanted to try it with rabbit, but not all the restaurants were open the day we went and the one we went to was known for their seafood paella. We really want to try more paella! We've had so much wine in Spain! It's so plentiful, affordable, and a lot of them taste great! We had to cut Torres de Serranos from the list since there were so much to do. The trip to Albufera wasn't on our original itinerary until we talked to a local and some thing had to be cut unfortunately. Thanks for enjoying our video! Definitely visit Valencia again when you have the time. We really loved it there.

@@HiDaveandChloe oh no! Sorry to heaed David got it too :-( But Chloe you are doing better it seems? Hopefully I'll be in Spain for a long time and you can just come back. There are a few places which I REALLY think you should do. I can pass David some pictures on discord, but Ronda Setenil de las Bodegas are well worth it. Also Balcón de Europa and Montserrat are also incredible.
