It’s been fun watching you bring this to fruition! This looks like an amazing area full of natural beauty! My husband and I are planning a trip in the late fall to look for property but I have a question…why on Earth would people flatten out the property and void it of all life before building? These lots are being stripped like a clear cutting, one rectangle at a time. Are there any protections in Brazil that would encourage builders to not strip the land of trees…a lot of land is being developed and you will want to preserve some of the nature for the ecosystem. Do they know that it is possible to build on a lot while preserving some of the natural trees? Especially semi-mature trees. I just don’t understand why they keep covering everything with concrete and smoky gravel. That can’t be the desired direction, is it?

Hey Will Thanks for another great adventure We are on Island this week Was thinking of finally taking a ride up on the gulf cart Now this video saved me some rough terrain and a lot hours driving in a not so great rental cart. Maybe we will spend the extra time checking out Mahogany bay and eating Sushi😊

I lived there it’s beautiful and it’s a little tricky but you can navigate it with a power boat 🛥️. I lived just north of Tranquility Bay Resort. Great video!!
