Thanks! Oh … My … Gosh!!! I was just recovering from Marwan’s recent Halloween video, and then you all had to drop this AMAZING Halloween Surprise on us! (I did not see the Teaser video, so I was completely caught off guard!) Both the arrangement and production of this cover are absolutely phenomenal! It took me over a year to finally get the original version out of my head, and now I’m going to have THIS VERSION stuck in my head for a very long time! It is incredible! I dropped my jaw TWICE during Marwan’s “This is Halloween” cover video when I saw The Bass Gang and Peter Hollens make a cameo appearance. It took me several days to sew my jaw back on. Now I am going to have to spend the NEXT several days resewing it back on because I DID NOT expect for it to drop a THIRD time when watching this video! It happened as soon as I saw Lauren Paley, whom I thought we cleverly hid from after the release of “Hide and Seek” one year ago, but she found us! I did not even have the chance to locate my jaw before seeing Tim Foust appear on the screen! It goes without saying that I remained jawless throughout the remainder of the video. As soon as I discovered that you all were covering “We Don’t Talk Bruno,” I started wondering if Marwan’s eyes were going to turn green like they did in his build-up cover. And, to my surprise, it happened not only once but TWICE! I am SO glad you all included that special effect! This cover is an absolute banger-so much so that it is going to be very difficult NOT to talk about this to others! See what I did there? Way to end the Spooky season!
