@@northernaudits Buy a lamination machine and print out the principles and hand it to them when they're recording you. These two claim to be directors and they're ignorant on basic regulations. That could land them in serious trouble. I've mentioned before that I worked for a large financial organisation and one of my duties was dealing with GDPR and data protection. Every six months we were taken away from our duties and retrained and tested on our knowledge. If we failed the test three times we were out of a job. The test had to be passed at 95% correctly and we had just three attempts.

@@harvinderrishiraj5901 You're welcome. Remember, that GDPR is a regulation so is subject to change at any time as it is not a law. So Parliament doesn't get involved. The regulation can be changed by any country that operates it. That is why we were retrained every six months. But even though it is just a regulation the fines are huge, just search Google Analytics and see how much they were fined. Even if a company isn't fined and just investigated, the company has to pay for the investigation. Depending on the scope of the investigation that can be very costly. I've seen companies go to the wall due to the costs.

2024 is now properly under way with a new NA video. Probably my favourite UK auditor. Auditing is a fascinating phenomenon, and serves a number of purposes. NA's particular skill is in gently and disengenuously and humourously giving entitled, pompous idiots enough rope to puff up and pop their ridiculous little egos. The close ups and little cartoon effects are brilliant. The once a week formula is about right. DJ audits for example shows far too much content, most of which is not all that interesting. I really look forward to my Sunday fix of NA.

I think the other chap might be Lawrence Tomlinson who founded LNT, he's also a Director of the British Racing Drivers Club. I reckon you should contact the CEO and ask him for a copy of his footage of you, as top chap he ought to understand how GDPR works in regard to the business he is in charge of.

It always amuses me when the directors say things like, "We have multiple people who work here who don't want to be filmed and put on social media.", as if working for Ginetta is something to be embarrassed about and will lead to the staff being shamed or ridiculed. Perhaps they have knowingly employed illegal migrants for below minimum wage, or people to work nixxers who are still signed on and collecting benefits. Little man did not ask your permission to be filming you, whilst they stood there complaining about people filming. The building looks great at night. I do think that they should turn off the illuminated signs. Someone might see them!!!!! and compromise their security. lol keep up the Great work NA

😂😂😂 i like you didn't ask too many questions, the highlight of all conversations was " is that cake for me" The directors are a tad fragile, trying to impose their will, then after you explaining they'll be wasting police time, they tried appealing to your good nature. Well done lad, if they had good manners and good intent, that appeal would have come first, not last. Beautiful photography, i missed a close up of the cake though

Yeah from my point, just filming and flying in public. To me, flying over a building is the same as driving past with a dash cam, albeit with a better vantage point
